Privacy Policy
MyAdminOS is a household document organization application currently in private development and testing. This policy describes how MyAdminOS handles information when a user connects Google services to the application.
Google account access
MyAdminOS uses Google OAuth to request limited access needed to provide document organization features. The application is designed to use the Google drive.file permission so it can work with files and folders created by MyAdminOS or selected for use with MyAdminOS, rather than requesting unrestricted access to all files in a user's Google Drive.
Information MyAdminOS may process
- Google account authorization information required to connect the application.
- Files and folders created by or selected for use with MyAdminOS.
- Document metadata entered by the user, such as owner, category, document type, dates, status, and notes.
- Household configuration information entered by the user, such as household member names and relationships.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide MyAdminOS functionality, including creating the MyAdminOS folder structure, filing documents into the correct location, generating consistent filenames, and maintaining the Master Document Locator.
Document storage
MyAdminOS is designed so household documents remain in the user's own Google Drive. MyAdminOS does not sell Google user data or household document data.
Artificial intelligence
The current V1 workflow does not use artificial intelligence to read or classify household documents.
Sharing
MyAdminOS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the application and subject to appropriate security and privacy controls.
User control
Users may revoke MyAdminOS access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings. Users may also remove MyAdminOS-created files and folders from their own Google Drive.
Security and testing status
MyAdminOS is currently in private development and testing. Access is limited while the product and its Google integration are being validated.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as MyAdminOS moves from private testing to production. The current version will always be posted on this page.
